Alex completed his studies at ETA College Cape Town in 2025, where he built a strong foundation in exercise science, coaching principles, and practical training methods.

His education, combined with hands-on experience, has shaped his ability to train clients safely, effectively, and with confidence.

He specialises in working with beginners, assisting clients returning to training, and coaching individuals looking to improve their strength, mobility, and overall fitness. 

Alex’s coaching style is supportive, hands-on, and practical, ensuring each client feels comfortable, challenged, and supported at every stage of their journey.

What Alex enjoys most about coaching is watching clients gain confidence in their abilities,  whether it’s achieving a first milestone, moving pain-free, or feeling stronger and more capable after each session. He brings clear instruction, focused energy, and consistent motivation to both group classes and one-on-one training.

Outside the gym, Alex is passionate about soccer, enjoys staying active through regular exercise, and spends his time running to challenge himself both physically and mentally.
