Conquer Your 5K.

A progressive 14-week running program designed to help beginners and social runners improve endurance, build consistency, and stay injury-free together.

    • Fitness/running level: Perfect for beginners and casual runners looking to complete a 5K comfortably.

    • Pre-requisites: Participants must carry a timing device. A sports watch or phone with a fitness app will do.

    • Weekly training plan.

    • Group run sessions (2 x weekly training runs).

    • Mobility videos (mobility routine for runners).

    • Accountability group/support.

    • Access to coach or running tips.

    • Improve pace and stamina

    • Build a habit of consistent movement

    • Gain confidence as a runner

    • Comfortably complete a 5km distance.

  • Start & end dates:

    01 September 2025 - 9 December 2025


    Dates/times of any group sessions:

    • AM Group: Monday and Wednesday 08h30.

    • PM Group: Tuesday and Thursday 18h00.

    Self-led session:

    • 60-minute self-led session on a Saturday or Sunday.

  • Where will sessions take place?

    Constantia. We meet at various locations in the Constantia area. Routes will mainly include road runs, with the occasional trail run.

  • R330 per month. Payable in advance at the start of the month. 

    Payment method: Card subscription via Octiv (Booking platform)

    • Running shoes

    • Water bottle, reflective gear, etc.

    • Fitness tracker or app.
